A Mechanical Engineer from Delhi University, Mr. Chugh has been Chairman of ITC Group from November 1991 to December 1995. During the years of his stewardship, ITC emerged as India's #1 Company, based on various criterions, & a potential MNC. On his retirement he was honored with the title of Chairman Emeritus – ITC. Mr. Chugh is credited with the creation of ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards, India's largest & most successful Paperboard Mill, set up in the remote tribal area of Andhra Pradesh & take it to the position of leadership. An iconic leader, Mr. Chugh was elected Business Week 1994 CEO of the year Asia, & amongst the Top 2 Indian CEOs 1993 by Business World. He was elected one of the five "Tobacco Men" of the year by World Tobacco International & the most distinguished Alumni of the Delhi College of Engineering. Mr. Chugh has been Director on the Central Board of RBI amongst various other Boards. Presently he is Chairman of Gati Ltd & serves on the Board of Spice Group, Sandhar Technologies, IIM (B) & Population Foundation of India.

Prior to joining Si2i Mobility, he worked for 4 years with Fujitsu India Telecom and 5 years with the Prestige Group.
Ms. Preeti Malhotra, Group President, Corporate Governance & Corporate Affairs
A known name in the industry & policy circles, she has been with the Group for over 2 decades. She plays the 'conscience keeper' of the Group by ensuring highest standards of compliance. She has been the only woman president ever of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, spearheading many reforms during her tenure.

Vidya is a post graduate in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, and has done her MBA in HR from IGNOU. She has more than 18 years of experience in varied disciplines like Administration, HR and Employee Engagement and has worked with organizations like Electronics Research & Development Centre of India, Motherson Sumi Infotech & Designs, Honda Siel Cars India Pvt. Ltd. to name a few. She has been working closely with the Chairman of Smart Global for 8 years and has been handling HR, Administration, Events and projects. In her current role she runs the Chairman's office, recruitments, setting HR system & Processes and is instrumental in creating and maintaining synergy between the Healthcare, Entertainment and Trust activities of Smart Global.
