Established by global future-preneur Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Modi, the multi-faceted group has expanded its footprint to New York, London, ASEAN, Middle East and parts of China and Africa besides India. The Group is headquartered in Singapore with nearly 9,000 employees in 20 countries.


Our History

Spice Global began operations in the early 1980s as Modi Corp, then MCorp Global and later Spice Corp. Based on over three decades of success in diverse industries, Spice Global transformed the business landscape with its pioneering innovations. It is credited with introducing photocopiers, facsimile, floppy drives, first mobile GSM service call, first Indian brand of mobile hand-sets, first dual SIM phones and the first 3D phones in India.

With its innovative and customer-centric approach, Spice Global continues to be a pioneer in introducing innovative products and services. It has always embraced the change with imaginative products and innovative technology. Spice Enfotainment - Incorporated in 1992, Spice Enfotainment has made significant inroads in entertainment, media and new media besides content and knowledge-based industries. With an existing footprint in malls and multiplexes, the company has also ventured into film production in Hindi film industry and Hollywood.



Finance

Wall Street Finance Limited - Wall Street Finance Limited (WSFL) is a non-banking financial company dealing with foreign exchange and money remittance. It operates under the brand Spice Money. It is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (scrip code 511147). WSFL plans to invest Rs 500 crore in various niche businesses like asset management, private equity and fixed income retail products. WSFL has been licensed by the Reserve Bank of India as an authorized dealer (category 2) with operations in 55 locations and a dedicated team of 400 employees. It has over 6000 outlets across India. It is a principal agent of Western Union Money Transfer.


Healthcare

Saket City Hospital – Located in New Delhi and spread over 12.5 acres of land in the heart of New Delhi, it is a modern and technology-enabled hospital catering to citizens from all walks of life, including the underprivileged. In its first phase of operation, it aims to be a world class centre of health and care.
