A management professional with expertise in cross cultural integration, she led the integration initiatives during various acquisitions by the Group. She presently heads the Human Resources at Si2i.
Mr. Rohit Gandhi
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant having 16+ years of post-qualification experience in managing Finance, Accounts, Projects, Systems Development, Budgeting and project financing/accounting functions for varied industries. Have functional expertise in maintenance & finalisation of accounts and Audits as per Indian GAAP, having expert knowledge of IFRS, with working capital management, effective treasury management, direct/indirect tax compliances, KPI monitoring and building internal financial controls, large project negotiations, etc. Good knowledge in business process mapping and suggesting resolutions through workflows or workarounds. Proficient in liaising with regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions/clearances and resolving tax, excise and other legal matters. Prior to joining Smart Healthcity, he was working with Max Healthcare as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance.
