In 1980, the Gujarmal Modi Hospital and Research Centre for Medical Sciences was set up in
honour of Dr. B.K. Modi’s father, Shri Rai Bahadur Gujarmal Modi.
The society was formed with the objective of setting up of hospitals and carrying out medical research and development in
all fields of medical sciences based on its Commitment to Care. As an institution, it is committed to philanthropy,
providing medical relief and treatment to patients and communities who cannot afford it otherwise.
The society is located across 15 acres at Saket & includes medical and residential facilities within the same campus.
The society started its outpatient services in the year 1989, followed by in-patients services in 1991.
Smart living is an initiative under the aegis of Dr. B.K Modi, Chairman of Smart Global who is a Futurepreneur, a Global Citizen, the person who has throughout his life invested in or built technologies, the man who loves & visualizes the potential of technology taking it to new heights.
To further our commitment to Global Health, Smart Living is a unique, holistic and mindful approach to wellness through curative and preventive interventions. It is a way of looking at life from different perspective which transcends religion, nationality and gender. It offers premium, multidimensional services for wellness in the fields of yoga, meditation, vipassna, age management, stress management, aesthetic medicine, wellness spa, wearable health gadgets and stem cell therapy just to name the few from the spectrum of services. Our objective is to press into service sophisticated technologies and infomercial sensations to new and improved innovations and encourage research for betterment of health of the Society. Patients enrolling in the Smart Living programme are assisted by panel of medical experts and guided at every step of their journey to optimal health and spiritual renewal. Our programmes are designed such that they imbibe mindfulness and scientific approach to take health to the next level. Smart Living inspires to explore into inner depths to find gems of love, happiness, wellness, patience and compassion. Our body is continuously in process of aging and repairing so who we are today is not who we will be several months from now, hence preventive therapy can only transcend unhealthy aging.

Global Citizen Forum
The intention is of unifying efforts to create a peaceful, harmonious and progressive world influenced by education,
spirituality, environment and technology. The focus would be on achieving environmental balance, ensuring food security
and education. This development of Global consciousness will also ensure equal opportunity for all. The initiative is
spearheaded by Dr. Modi with a vision to promote global consciousness and the creation of a charter that will define its
roadmap. Global Citizen Forum (GCF) is registered in Singapore. It has been holding dialogues and seminars in leading cities
of the world, raising issues impeding global growth of those cities.

A Chartered Accountant with 26 years experience and extensive skills in Business Planning, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, IPO, Investors Relations & Management Controls & Review. Prior to joining Si2i Mobility, he worked for 4 years with Fujitsu India Telecom and 5 years with the Prestige Group.
